INTRODUCTION
Work environments are important – they tell visitors a lot about what to expect from the place they are
visiting. Everyone enjoy visiting other architects office because it seems like there is always something
wacky going on somewhere. An architect’s office is a space that is conceived as a springboard for
architectural dialogue, creativity and design. It should, hence unfold and interact in a way that its users feel
connected with each other and the spatial setting around.
The Infinite Solutions office was established in 2014 running with 12 employees. Due
to the pandemic situation the office work was set to work from home from last 2 years.

FLOOR PLAN

FLOOR PLAN: The floor plan above shows that the


layout of the office is really straightforward. As one
enters into the office, he/she is welcomed by the
reception. To the left there is a corridor where the
chief architect's, 2 senior architect's room, and the
drafting room in a row. Opposite to these is the
documentation room. At the end of this corridor
are the structural engineer, mechanical engineer
rooms. A second is corridor divides the
documentation room manager room, semi public
meeting room, accountant room and computer
room. To the right we have private meeting hall
only for the staff, record room and MD room.

STAFF STRUCTURE

• The chief architect deals with the senior architect,


manager, engineer and accountant. These 4 department
deals with their respective junior employees.

FEE STRUCTURE
• It should is based on the area of the particular project
that includes sft of the slab area for working drawings
,on number of floors for elevation works and number
of visiting timings.
• Every project is started only after taken some
advance money and also agreement is made between
owner/builder and architect.

FLEXI TIMINGS

CLIENT APPROACH

CLIENT MEETING THE ARCHITECT

• The client is received in the reception further registrars his name


and wait for the chief architect, after meeting architect ,
• they will sit for the discussion along with the manager.
• The client explains about his site ,location and requirements.
Than the architect explains the norms. If they are ok with each
other, then client will submit site plan, survey drawings, reports
of soil test. Further architect and client will have contract
agreement, which consist of project duration, agreed drawings
list, as appointing a supervisor to project.
• If client requires a project which is not suitable to the architect,
he will inform the client that the project cant be done. FLOW CHART
• Intermediate meetings are held between client and architect
during the progress of work.
