During bus journey, one of the passenger on an e-ticket appears should carry the original identity card such as: Driving License, Election Card, Ration
Card, Photo ID card issued by Central/State Govt./Private Organisations, AdharCard, Pan Card, Passport, Credit Card with Photo identification, Student ID
issued by any Institute, Pass Book with Photo issued by any Nationalised Bank .
Important:
1. The seat(s) booked under this ticket is/are not transferable.
2. This e-ticket is valid only for the seat number and bus service specified herein.
3. This e-ticket has to be carried by the passenger during the journey along with an original photo ID Card of the passenger whose name appears above.
4. Please keep the ticket safely till the end of the journey.
5. Please show the ticket at the time of checking.
6. Corporation reserves the rights to change/cancel the service category.
7. For Regular tickets except TTD SED bookings:
1. BOOKING/CANCELLATION of tickets can be done before 1 hour of the scheduled start time at origin of the service only.
2. Partial cancellation is allowed in round-trip tickets provided the same number and type (Adult/child) are cancelled in both UP & DOWN Journeys.

9. Please note that fares are subject to change without notice. If you have purchased a ticket and subsequently the fares have increased then you will not be
required to pay the difference.

11. In case of detection of alteration of fare / Ticket No. / Journey details / etc., at the time of journey, in the paper ticket mailed to the passenger email-ID,
the registered passenger of e-ticketing with https://www.apsrtconline.in is liable for prosecution under court of law.
12. If service is cancelled by APSRTC for any reason, tickets are cancelled automatically and refund amount will be credited to the customer account.
