Background
Cocktail for Pestival event with our own Anty Gin, designed and distilled with Cambridge Distillery.

Ingredients
Anty Gin
Tonic
Cochineal/Carmine
Large square ice cube

Method
Place large square ice cube into glass. Into the glass mix 2 parts Anty Gin with 3 parts tonic. Add one drop of
liquid cochineal/carmine. If using ground whole cochineal, use powder to colour the gin, then strain to remove
residue, and add tonic.
