God is always there for us during times of adversity and suffering, like the current pandemic. Even when we don't understand His plans, we should trust that He will see us through and use difficult situations, such as a pandemic, to help us grow spiritually. The recollection reminded the author that God will never leave us and that every difficult time will eventually pass, giving way to better things.

In-Between: Finding God in the Midst of the Pandemic
The most significant learning or experience I have received from the
recollection is that no matter how big our adversities are, how much we suffer, God is always there for us as He is our Rock, Salvation, and our Fortress. We should trust His plans even when sometimes we do not understand them because we are blinded by the pain and suffering we feel. Especially now that we are in a pandemic, instead of dwelling on its effects, we should have faith in God and do our best to make this an opportunity to glorify Him and grow spiritually as individuals. The recollection reminded me that God would never leave us, which gave me hope that every adversity will end and a rainbow will come after.
