CONTRACT FOR A PIECE OF WORK KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: This contract is entered into by and between:

MR. JOHNNY N. SY, represented by ELENA LICOS and ALBERTO QUIZON are both Filipino Citizen, of legal age, with residence and postal address at No. 8 San Roque Village, Baguio City, hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY;

- and -

VILLAMOR T. YATAR JR, of legal age, single, Filipino Citizen with residence and postal address at #505 Purok 8 Upper Badihoy St. Pinsao Proper Baguio City, hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY.

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is in need of a family driver who would render its services in his daily routine including his family members in the City of Baguio and any part of Luzon; WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY is at present working as personal secretary to the FIRST PARTY but can not make the standard work of a secretary so he offer that he will be given the chance to learn how to drive so that he will change his position of work from personal secretary to a driver;

NOW THEREFORE, the parties have agreed on the following stipulations for the foregoing purposes: 1. That the FIRST PARTY agree to pay the SECOND PARTY the total consideration of THREE THOUSAND (P3,000,00) PESOS as payment for the services of the SECOND PARTY ; 2. That the FIRST PARTY willpay all the fees in the driving school and also a private vehicles and a driver to continue of the SECODND PARTYto become a professional driver including all the expences in securing a student driver license up to a professional license; 2. That the SECOND PARTY promises to perform honestly, sincerely and professionaly his driving service which is on May 7, 2011 up to 2 years for all the expences will be shoulder by the FIRST PARTY except the fuel of the private vehicles that will be rented out after the training of the SECOND PARTY in a driving school; failure of which would entail the FIRST PARTY the right to sue damages in the amount of FIFTY THOUSAND (P50,000.00) for breach of contract as well as criminal liability against the SECOND PARTY;

3. That the SECOND PARTY will be given also free meals and snack for his daily driving services and in title for his SSS, PAGIBIG member that will be register by the FIRST PARTY; 4. That the SECOND PARTY on his part will also undertake and promise to take good care of all the vehicles that owned by the FIRST PARTY with the following a.check all the motor oil, radiator water, water of battery, brake fluid every morning before starting it; b.always clean it daily specialy inside the car; c.always check the tire and brake during a long trip; 5. That the SECOND PARTY if do not have any trip inside and outside the City of Baguio he will assist any given assignment to him of the FIRST PARTY

6. In case the SECOND PARTY shall back out from this agreement, she shall abe liable to pay the amount of TWENTY THOUSAND (P20,000.00) PESOS as liquidated damages and has the duty to look for a replacement; 7. That all the parties agree that they will faithfully comply with their respective obligations.
