o Delivery: Will start from 14th Weeks and finished by 26th Weeks , Ex. Mill.
o Payment: 30% Advance & Balance 70% Against PI before dispatch.
o Offer Validity: 09.09.022, thereafter it is subject to our further confirmation.
o Packing list shall be provided along with the dispatch documents.
o Inspection: Material shall be supplied inspected and tested by our Quality Assurance.
o Third Party Inspection agency, if any, the charges shall be extra, at actual to be borne by the buyer.
o Quality Assurance Plan shall be mutually agreed for Third Party Inspection.
o The Invoices shall be billed in Rs./MTR
o The technical and commercial Offer is unconditional, irrevocable, firm & standalone.
o Transit Insurance: Transit Risk insurance shall be arranged and borne by the Buyer under his
o open general insurance policy. In case of any transit loss/damage the claim to be made directly on the
insurance company/transporter.
o Defaults - In the event of failure of the buyer in fulfilling the terms of payment of any order between the
Buyer and the Seller the Seller may defer further shipment or dispatch of goods
o until such payments are made or may defer or cancel any or all the orders from the buyer and
