 What are the dates of the Baroque period?

The Baroque period is a period between 1600 and ending in 1750.

 How did one become a musician in the Baroque period?

For an individual to be a musician during the Braque period, an individual has to be a son of a

practicing musician. One could also become an apprentice to a musician in order to learn from

them. During this period, most of the composers were choir boys who got most of their

knowledge from choir school.

 How many musicians were in a Baroque orchestra?

Baroque Orchestras had as many as 150 musicians. However, some only had up to 20

instrumentalists.

The Baroque Orchestras had five instrument sections, mainly woodwind, which contained

wooden flutes or recorders, bassoon and oboes, brass, strings, percussion, and harpsichord.

the best in the Baroque era. When he died, it signified the end of the Baroque era.
