ACKNOWLEDGMENT RECIEPT WITH RELEASE OF OBLIGATION

We SPOUSES RENATO S. AGBAYA and BLESSED C. AGBAYA, Filipinos,

married, of legal ages with address at Purok 4, Centro 2, Tuao, Cagayan, (hereinafter
referred to as obligee/second party pursuant to the Agreement dated May 6, 2019) do
hereby acknowledged to have received the amount of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY
THOUSAND PESOS(P150, 000.00) Philippine Currency from MARIANO P. DE
LAZA JR, Filipino, married, of legal age with address at Block 74, Lot 12A, La Naval
St. Lagro Subdivision, Novaliches, Quezon City (hereinafter referred to as Attorney-in-
fact of the children of Rosalina P. De Laza).

The said received amount represents full satisfaction of the monetary obligation of
MARIO P. DE LAZA to us relative to the abovesaid Agreement we entered into with
him regarding that property designated as Lot covered by PSU-2-01-002431, LRC Case
No. XI-N-47-T, LRC Record No. N-57656, consisting of 850 square meters, more or less
and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-7547 and located at Poblacion Tuao,
Cagayan.

In view thereof, we now discharge said MARIO P. DE LAZA from his obligation under
the above Agreement. Further, the said above Agreement is totally rendered terminated
and ineffective as we hereby recognize that the above said property is now under the
ownership and administration of the children of Rosalina P. De Laza to which we will
execute a new agreement for the lease of a portion of the abovementioned property.
