I. OBJECTIVES: Provide coaching and mentoring in person or face-to-face classroom management for effective instruction
Observe application of knowledge of content within and across curriculum teaching areas.
Provide technical assistance on designing, selecting and organizing and using formative test and summative assessment
strategies consistent to curriculum requirements.
Observe differentiated, developmentally appropriate learning experiences and exploration.
II. STRATEGIES:
Regular monitoring of teachers’ attendance and monitoring of printed materials, distribution and retrieval of modules.
Check Teachers’ weekly home learning plans.
Conduct monthly Pre-Observation and Post Observation Conferences with teachers.
Request for inputs from the teachers about their work-related concerns that need to be addressed for
incorporation into the department’s work plan, instructional supervisory plan and for the SSIP and for
implementation and evaluation.
III. PROCEDURE:
Monthly mentoring and coaching sessions with the help of Master teachers In-charge by grade level.
Collect weekly attendance, Individual weekly accomplishment report.
