Introduction

Organized fraternities and sororities are widely accepted in the

community not just locally but also internationally. The drastic
increase of members of the organization are brought and associated
with different event that happens all throughout the time. Given its
purpose, each of different organizations create or has different mission
and vision that centralizes their identity in the society. Programs and
community involvements are part of their goal to be imparted and
considered as an active organization in a particular community.
Considering the prior definition as to how the fraternities and sororities
play in the society, it is being measured out on the number of members
who purposely join the said organization. Recruitment is also present
hence it will evaluate and assess the aspiring members on their
willingness to join in a span of time. Before they will officially become
a fully pledge member, they’ll also undergo initiation rights as a matter
of procedure in respective to the establish rules or laws implemented

also prone to different issues that affect the image of the organization.

individual who joined the organization. It also leads to the leap of
some cases such as hazing that is commonly heard to public. But

consequences and criticism over the organization’s integrity to operate

their responsibility over their subordinates.
