MANAGING DIRECTOR

I am pleased to announce that, starting June 1st, Diego Bravo will assume the position of
Managing Director in Brazil, reporting directly to me.

Diego has more than 17 years working in different global companies developing
successfully in financial positions. He joined SGS in December 2017 as Regional
Controller LATAM and has led several projects and challenges that have consistently
contributed to our growth and consolidation for our region.

In his new role, as Managing Director Brasil, Diego will be responsible for the strategy to
achieve business growth based on a sustanaible approach.
