Services:
WhiteCoats, a division of ValueMomentum Software Services India Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”) shall provide Six Sigma
Pharmacy (“Customer”) with Whitecoats Growth Plan as a Service as listed in Exhibit A (“WhiteCoats Growth Plan”);
and Add-On services as applicable as listed in Exhibit B.

Services Fees: Payment Schedule:

Subscription: INR 100000 + taxes per year, payable as per 50% of initial payment to be paid on the date of order sign
terms of Section 4 herein. and remaining payment to be done on or before 45 days
from the activation date.
Customization Fee: As per exhibit C

Initial Launch Date: Initial Service Term:

Services Activation Date (will be communicated via email One year from Initial Launch Date
by the Company post activation)
