Performance Task 2 – DEVELOPMENTAL STAGES “PHOTO-BLOG”

Detailed Instructions:

In this activity, the student needs to collect pictures or videos and information about his/her
development from the prenatal stage to adolescence.
1. Make a digital photo journal consisting of your throwback selfies/ pictures or videos from your
early stage to adolescence stage.
2. Write a short description (for example, milestones or cognitive or behavioral development) at
each stage. You may interview your parents/guardian/caregiver on important details from your
early stage of life.
3. Use your preferred platform for photo journal editing (for example, Canva).
4. Save your Photo Journal as PDF. The short video/vlog should be submitted using the link or URL
only.
5. Use this filename: PT2_[Surname]_[Section]
6. Upload your output in your OneDrive folder.
