Placement Assurance

What does the Hero Vired Placement Assurance mean?

Learners who fulfill all requirements (mentioned below) will be eligible for the Placement
Assurance – which offers them a role in their area of training at Hero Vired or their
current skillset (if learner shows inclination towards these roles)

a) Maintain minimum attendance of 75% in all mandatory sessions

b) Maintain a minimum score of 60% in all academic evaluations
c) Maintain a minimum score of 60% in 3rd party employability tests
d) At the end of the program, there will be a 2 month Career Phase where various
bootcamps and refreshers will be conducted. It will be mandatory for all
unplaced learners , seeking placements to attend this Career Phase

Hero Vired Placement Assurance commitment means Hero Vired will offer
8-10 minimum job opportunities to learners enrolled in program duration >6 months
3-5 minimum job opportunities to learners enrolled in program duration <=6 months

If for any reasons we are unable to place the learner during the “TERM” of the program
( Term means end of program OR end of Capstone/Internship/Project which ever later
+ 3 months ) despite their fulfilling all requirements and following the placement
process satisfactorily, they will be eligible for placement assistance for the next 3
months post the completion of the program from the Hero Vired team, and financial
support of INR 15,000 per month for the same period. The financial support will end as
soon as they get the Placement/ Internship during this period.
This financial assistance would not be extended beyond 3 months

Note:
 ● The kind of companies that placement could be offered at would include start-
ups and/or established firms in the specific domain - considering the logical
career progression of the learner.
● The location of the company will not be a constraint for the learner, and will be
at the discretion of Hero Vired. 
● Learners are expected to participate in all opportunities made available to them through
Hero Vired. No other reason other than the fact that the CTC offered is lesser than the
learner's current CTC should prevent Learners from registering for the placement
opportunities. All such opportunities will be counted towards the minimum opportunity
commitment.

Who is eligible for the Placement Assurance?

1. Learners who receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) post their internship /

company project will not be included in the placement process.
2. Learners who satisfactorily complete all aspects of the program including a
passing grade of 60% and 75% attendance – this includes but is not limited to
assessments, capstone project, assignments, examinations and mandatory
attendance (as certified by Academic Director, Hero Vired)
3. Learners who display a satisfactory performance in mock interviews and make
notable efforts in improving oneself in a maximum of up to 5 scheduled
interviews in areas of development identified and suggested by the team during
the course of the program (as certified by Career Success Team, Hero Vired)
4. Learners who display strict adherence to the rules of the Career Success Team
which includes:
a. No communication with the interviewing company without keeping the
Hero Vired team informed
b. Informing Hero Vired team of any communication from the interviewing
company
c. Undesirable behavior such as lack of punctuality, non-response to calls
or emails, no-show for interviews which would immediately be grounds
for ineligibility for continuing in the placement process.
d. Repeated rejections of offers letters without legitimate grounds would
immediately be grounds for ineligibility for continuing in
the placement process. Each learner will be able to reject up to 2 job
offers, post which he/she cannot apply again and his/her name will be
removed from the placement cell activities. 
e. Accepting a job offer and not eventually joining the company on
completion of the program which could also have an adverse impact on
your 'alumni status’.
