ABSTRAK

KAHALAGAHAN NG PAG-AARAL
Nilalayon ng pag-aaral na ito na matukoy at bigyan diin ang mga Epekto ng face-
to-face sa mga Manggagawang Mag-aaral ng St. Nicolas College of Business and
Technology. Kaakibat nito ang magiging resulta sa pag-aaral na ito ay magiging kapaki-
pakinabang sa mga sumusunod ;
Paaralan. Ang mga paaralan ay hindi lamang isang establisyemento, ngunit sa halip,
isang tahanan para sa mga mag-aaral. Ang paaralan, pagkatapos maganap ang pag-
aaral na ito sa pagsasaliksik, ay magtataas ng isang kamalayan tungkol sa iba't-ibang
epekto ng face-to-face sa mga manggagawang mag-aaral. At bilang pakikibahagi
upang mapangalagaan ang kalusugan ng mag-aaral, ang paaralan ay maaaring
magpatupad ng mga patakaran at alituntunin na makakatulong upang mabawasan ang

Ayon sa Case of Berea College Kentucky isa pang punto ang itinaas ni
Stinebrickner (2003 ), sa kanyang pag-aaral. Gumamit siya ng mga bagong hanay ng
datos sa pagsusuri sa relasyon sa pagitan ng nagtatrabaho habang nag-aaral at
akademikong pagganap. Ang isang mahalagang kadahilanan na isinasaalang-alang

Nakasaad sa kulay kahel na nakakaapekto sa mga manggagawang mag-aaral ang face
to face sa kanilang trabaho dahil maaring mabawasan ang kanilang kita o ang kanilang
sweldo. Dahil doon maaring mababa lamang ang kanilang maaring kitaan na magiging
dahilan upang hindi nila matustusan ng maayos ang kanilang pag-aaral at maari rin na
hindi nila kayanin na sustentuhan ang kanilang mga sarili.

Mula sa mga respondente ng mga manggagawang mag-aaral, sinasabi nila na hindi
lamang negatibong resulta ang kanilang nararamdaman sa pagbabalik ng face to face,
kundi pati na rin ang positibo epekto nito, sa muling pagbabalik ng face to face mas
maintindihan nila ang klase, at hindi na sila mamomooblema sa internet connection
dahil madalas hindi stable ang internet.
