    Sub: Grant of lumpsum incentive on acquiring higher qualification while in service.


    Ref: DOP&T OM No. 1/5/2017-Estt.(Pay.II) Dtd. 15.03.2019.

    All the employees are on deemed deputation at AWEIL vide MoD OM No.
    1(5)/2021/OF/DP(Plg-V)/02 Dtd. 24.09.2021 and till the duration of deemed deputation, they shall
    continue to be subject to all the extant rules, regulations and orders as are applicable to the Central
    government employees, including related to their pay scales, allowances, leave. Medical facilities,
    career progression and other service conditions, the subject incentive may be allowed to them
    subject to fulfilling of conditions stipulated in the OM quoted above.

    2. This is issued with the approval of the Competent Authority.
