Activity 1 : Always start the session with the routine warm-up. You have 10 minutes to do it.
Practical test/ video presentation on overhead pass. You can ask assistance from
your guardian in this exam, just clearly write the name and relationship to you. Use this rubric to

Volleyball is one of several sports that have become incredibly popular in recent years
and are extremely helpful to everyone in numerous ways. It can be played both child and adult
as long as they are capable enough to do so. It may be uninteresting or a waste of time for
some individuals, but it is not for me. I believe that volleyball is a good contributor to be
physically and mentally fit.
As someone who’s not into sports, I can attest that playing volleyball is not as simple as
others believe, especially for beginners like me. This sport really requires a lot of patience and a
broad range of different physical components. Since I already perform some basic skills last
activity, it was easier for me to make some adjustments and proper stance in this activity. I had
learned the proper position of hand, arms, legs, and feet that are required in overhead passing
where it is one of the ways of passing the ball to the setter. Learning each position, maintaining
proper body form and techniques are very critical to win the game.
