• Managing day to day Omni-Operations at Vishakhapatnam for 11 stores (37 stores post full integration).
• Analysing the daily order data & improving key operational metrics on SHIPSY platform.
• Managing 3PL stakeholders & other vendors to ensure the best availability of delivery executives.
