1. Relative to the communication letter from the Consumer Protection Division of

Department of Trade and Industry Laguna, this Office through Social
Mobilization and Networking Section of SGOD, encourages all schools to join to
the upcoming celebration of the Consumer Welfare Month (CWM) this October
2021 through participating on the Song writing Contest and Video Competition
on Consumerism.

2. The objectives of this contest are the following:

a. to generate youth perspectives application of consumers’ rights and
responsibilities
b. to develop creativity of learners through song writing and video making
c. to sustained DTI-Academe partnership in tapping students as special
channel in promoting consumer awareness.

3. Attached is the mechanics of the contest for your reference.

4. Interested schools are requested to submit the list until September 24, 2021
following the format below:
