“How workplace design can be used to boost employee engagement”

1. Allow employees to decide when and how they work.

2. Improve and encourage collaboration, especially for teams working remotely
3. Provide workplaces where staff members may concentrate, have some privacy, and focus.
4. Create areas where people can meet informally and socially.
5. Allow employees to move about physically during the day and alter their postures.
6. Make your company's culture and brand evident, and allow employees to be themselves.
7. Make areas that can accommodate visitors, workers on the go, and guests

In Conclusion

Employee behaviors, attitudes, and experiences at work can all be in uenced by their immediate
environment. Organizations should provide people the freedom to choose where and how they work
in order to maximize performance. They won't feel fully supported and capable of doing their nest
work until that point.
