TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. All electrical enclosures include mechanical lugs, unless otherwise stated.

2. All circuit breakers are brand new and original from SCHNEIDER.
Electrical Specification:
3. Interconnections such as cables or busbars between panels are not included unless otherwise specified.
4. Bus bar used is bare copper based on 1000A/in²with Shrinkable Tube (Red, Yellow, Blue).
Special request, if any : Metal sheet thickness (Galvanized Iron) is 1.8mm and 1.5mm for Stainless.
Validity: Fifteen (15) days from the date of quotation. Subject to reconfirmation thereafter .
1.) Thirty (30%) down payment of grand total of the quotation, Seventy (70%) balance to be paid & verified before each panel's schedule of delivery.
2.) Minimum KAIC shall be offered for missing or conflicting KAIC rating.
3.) For staggered delivery, payment shall be made before each delivery.
Terms: 4.) Although we are working hard to meet the delivery date mentioned above, temporary delays in delivery and service
performance concerning us and our principal may occur as a result of the Covid-19 Virus.Therefore, the delivery date
(mentioned above) is non-binding. The delivery is subject to uninterrupted supply chain, production and logistics and may be
postponed. Also, we have to reserve the right to partial delivery. If you have questions, please get in touch with the
Payment: All check payments are subjected to 3 days clearing.
Warranty Policy: One year limited to factory defect. Warranty is void if panels use circuit breakers and/or components that are not provided by Royu Systems Inc.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation after PO is made shall be subjected to a processing fee that is equivalent to 30% of the total contract price.
Change Order Policy: Change of order after PO and downpayment has been made shall incur a charge of 30% on the item that will be changed.
Enclosure: Locally fabricated panels, wrinkled gray color, with grounding terminal.
Delivery: Free of charge.
Stock Availability: Confirmation of stock availability upon P.O.
Scope Limitations: Unloading of goods, Installation and Power up Commissioning are excluded, unless otherwise explicitly stated per panel.
Specifications: If no specification is provided by the customer, RSI specifications shall take precedence.
1. Customer must provide proof of installation and readiness to operate 2 weeks prior to commissioning.
2. In order to practice health and safety protocols during covid 19, power up and commissioning (if included for the said panel) are encouraged to be
conducted online.
Commissioning Policy 3. If onsite commissioning is required, RSI must be notified 2 weeks prior to commissioning date. Commissioning is only available based on the delivery
if included : location stated on the quotation. All additional documents, travel expenses, testing and other requirements as required by law on COVID 19 must be on the
account of requesting customer. Customer shall issue Purchase Order to cover the said expenses.

4. Additional services required such as additional commissioning, etc. that are not covered by this quotation shall be charged separately.
