FAQ’S Learnwise Platform

1. Green Checkmarks – Some of the accounts are having bugs and the checkmark is not appearing when
one resource is done (Watch, Think, Do, Collaborate & Explore). However you don’t need to worry about
it because the technical team is working on it and the system automatically saves your progress. You
don’t need to repeat taking the particular lesson where checkmarks did not appear.

2. Dashboard is not 100% - Due to checkmarks is not appearing on your account and we only take
Watch Think and Do. The dashboard wouldn’t reach 100%. Still everything is automatically saved so, you
don’t have to worry.

3. Batch Code is not working – You have to make sure that there is no space for the batch code to work.
Also, if the formative and summative assessment are already activated the enrollment will be close.
Meaning, the batch code won’t work anymore what you need to do is to contact the person in-charge to
enroll you manually.

4. Institute Code is not working – Institute code is unique per institute. It consists of 4 letters and 4
numbers. Make sure you input the correct code if not, the registration won’t be successful.

5. Videos are not working – Try simple troubleshooting like clearing your browsers cache and cookies. If
nothing happens, Click the FEEDBACK/SUPPORT button on the right side of the site and cite your issue
there. The message will be sent to technical team and kindly wait for their reply (usually e-mail)

It will take time for them to reply due to many users are using the site. So, while waiting for their reply
proceed on taking other lessons/units.

6. Think and Do is not working - Try simple troubleshooting like clearing your browsers cache and
cookies. If nothing happens, Click the FEEDBACK/SUPPORT button on the right side of the site and cite
your issue there. The message will be sent to technical team and kindly wait for their reply (usually e-
mail)

It will take time for them to reply due to many users are using the site. So, while waiting for their reply
proceed on taking other lessons/units.

7. Explore links are not working – Some of the links are not working due to back-end provider is either
updating or having issues with the link itself. Click the FEEDBACK/SUPPORT button on the right side of
the site and cite your issue there. The message will be sent to technical team and kindly wait for their
reply (usually e-mail)

8. Registration Google Form is already closed – Deadline already reached. Possible things to do:
1. Ask the facilitators if the faculty members still want to accept students If yes, (we will re-open
the google form) and do a posting on the group.
2. If no, kindly tell the student that the deadline is done contact your professor to ask regarding
the registration
9. Re-take Assessments (Formative & Summative Assessments) – We only give 3 chances for students to
re-take the assessments in learnwise. If student request for re-take always asks this information.

10. Pre-Assessments – Pre-assessment score is non-bearing to the student’s performance in the


program. The reason of pre-assessment is for us to know your knowledge on the modules you are
currently taking.

11. Submit button is not working - Try simple troubleshooting like clearing your browsers cache and
cookies. If nothing happens, Click the FEEDBACK/SUPPORT button on the right side of the site and cite
your issue there. The message will be sent to technical team and kindly wait for their reply (usually e-
mail)
