1. You are requested to bring with you original documents for verification in support
of your Qualifications, Experience, Age, Caste Certificate (in the format of
 
Government of India), Person with disability certificate, Ex-servicemen certificate,
wherever applicable.
     
2. Please note that the Institute will not be responsible nor owe any liability towards
  any candidate who does not receive the call letter due to wrong e-mail ID or other
technical issues, if any.
     
3. Please note that in case you are currently serving under Central/State
Government/Public Authority, please carry NOC from your present employer to
 
appear for Skill Test which is mandatory, failing which, you will not be allowed to
appear for Skill Test.
     
4. This call letter is being issued to you on the basis of information provided by you
such as Educational Qualifications, Experience, age etc. In case if it is found at any
stage of recruitment that you do not fulfill the eligibility criteria and / or you have
  furnished any incorrect / false / incomplete information or has suppressed any
material fact (s), your candidature will be cancelled. If any shortcoming is detected,
even after appointment, the services of candidate are liable to be terminated
forthwith.
     
5. Date fixed for Skill Test cannot be postponed. Copying in any form will be a
 
disqualification. Usage of Calculator, Smart Phone, Laptop are not permitted.
    
6. The candidates who are successful in passing the written examination have been
  called for the Skill Test. The candidates will be selected on merit basis of the marks
obtained in the Written Examination. Skill Test is of qualifying nature only.

    
7. The Skill Test will comprise of Nursing Procedures, Knowledge of drugs, Situational
  critical thinking and Work station. Skill Test will be of 50 marks. Passing marks for
Skill Test is 50%.
    
  8. No travelling allowance is admissible for attending the skill test.
    
9. It is mandatory to carry this call letter alongwith your Photo Identity Card for
 
appearing into the Skill Test.
    
10. YOUR TRAVEL TO CENTRE WILL BE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND COST. YOU ARE
  ADVISED TO ADHERE WITH THE PREVENTIVE MEASURES FOR COVID 19
