1. The undersigned PNCO is respectfully requesting for the approval of his

reassignment from District Mobile Force Battalion, SPD to PRO ARMM for the
following reasons:
a. To provide my family immediate care and assistance since my parents are
now at old age. Also, at present I was not able to save money to have a
permanent home in my current area of assignment due to high cost of
living.
b. To be able to fulfill my obligation to my family and to the PNP at the same
time.
2. The undersigned served happily with the PNP, however the situation to this date
for which the family and the job obligations necessitates to reassign in areas near
the domicile to be able to fulfill it.
3. It is a great privilege to work in the PNP and the undersigned is looking forward
to more productive years in the call of service. Rest assured, that the
undersigned shall undertake the highest degree of professionalism and
satisfactory performance in all duties and responsibilities.
4. It would be beyond honor if this request be granted favorable consideration from
your kindest end.
