Price Strategy
Minimart doesn’t produce any product. Actually, mini mart
business model doesn’t contain manufacturing of any product.
Minimart buys products across the world in large quantities in
order to enjoy benefits of economies of scale. Minimart are selling
their products at 15% lower price than the grocery stores.
Place Strategy
Location is one of the major factors to be considered in starting up
a business. It must be assured that it is accessible to the target
market. Minimart will be located in an open area at Purok 9-B
street Malapatan, Sarangani Province
Promotion Strategy
One of the crucial aspects that the firm should consider is its
advertising and promotional strategies. The method used to
present a company to the market will determine how quickly it
gains popularity. In order to attract the attention of its potential
customers, the management must have an efficient and
educational advertising and promotional program. Public
relations, social media, advertising, and promotions are ways to
attract more buyers.
These are the promotional strategies that the business will be
using:
1. Flyers
These promotional papers will be distributed to the
public to increase the popularity of the business.
2. Tarpaulin
These promotional material will be use to expand the
exposure of the business, it will be posted to the public area
to attracts more potential customers
3. Sales Promotion
Sales promotion is another tool used in capturing the
attention of the customers such as giving up to 50%
products, promo packs and bonuses.
4. Raffle Promo
Raffle ticket is another way to urge the customers to
buy products. Customer will purchase an additional product
until they avail a raffle ticket. This strategy has a great
impact on the company whereas it create an increase in
demand of a product
