 No dictionaries or mobile phones are allowed during the test.

 You will be given 1 minute to read the questions. Each listening recording will be played twice.

 Each question carries one mark.

 You need to obtain at least 50% of the full score to pass the formative test.

 You are being assessed against the unit Learning Outcomes shown in the Assessment Summary.

 Please read all questions carefully and make sure you understand the facts before you begin answering.

 Ask your assessor if you do not understand a question. Whilst your assessor cannot tell you the answer,
they may be able to re-word the question for you.
 Please attempt all questions.

 Please write clearly. If you change an answer, cross it out neatly and make the necessary corrections.

 If you finish, re-read and check your work.

 Do not cheat during this assessment. Anyone caught cheating will automatically be excluded under the
Disciplinary Rules and their opportunity for assessment will be subject to the outcome of an Appeal Process
or Disciplinary Hearing.
