Overview
This UNIFIED INTEGRATIVE PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT TOOL aims to apply the knowledge and
skills acquired by the learners from the integrated lessons in Science, English, Filipino, MAPEH and Mathematics
The assessment activities in this UNIPEAT will help to develop the learner’s ability to infer how friction and
gravity affect movements of different objects (Science), to be able to use the different types of sentences in
conversation and different situations (Filipino), clarify the meaning of words using a dictionary or thesaurus
(English) and identify the faces of solid figures (Mathematics).

Overview of the Assessment Activity


The learners are tasked to make an advertisement on road safety and be able to use the different
types of sentences according to structures in writing the importance of following the road safety signs.
Clarify the meaning of words using a dictionary and thesaurus.
