    Respected Sir/Ma’am,

    I am writing to apply for the online short term internship programme organised by NHRC. I am currently
    a 3rd Year Law student at Jamnalal Bajaj School of Legal Studies, Banasthali University.

    As a student of law, I got inclined towards the legal aspect of human rights violation. I read about the
    innocent children getting assaulted, women’s fighting for their rights, senior citizens and many other
    people facing violation of their rights every day, even after implementation of so many laws, rules and
    regulations.

    I believe that my skills in flair writing, social networking and research potential in the areas relating to
    human rights will make this internship experience more beneficial. I have worked with an NGO and
    presented my paper in conferences.

    Through my personal involvement in your internship program, I am looking forward to exploring further
    several aspects of human rights area. Interning with this organisation would be an incredible
