V. WORKS TO BE DONE:

AFTER DISMANTLE

1. As observed water and muds were seen inside the motor. Thorough cleaning was done in
an area inside and outside the unit.
2. Motor cleaner / de greaser was sprayed to remove all contaminant.
3. Continuous heating for 72 hours was done until megger reading reach infinity.
4. Varnishing of rotor and stator coil.
5. Red varnish was applied seal of the coils.
6. Cleaning of all motor accessories.
7. Cleaning of motor external parts and re painting.
8. Assemble back the unit.
9. Motor testing done

VI. RECOMMENDATION:

This unit was put back in a good condition and is ready for no load testing and
can be use on normal plant operation.
