Company Goals and Website

These goals are highlighted on social media through current affairs and social days, testimonials,

● The website mainly has information about what PeopleNorth does, and mainly about
PracUp and what it offers. Also, a brief introduction of the company founders - Ranjan
Kumar and Tania Chatterjee.
● The website has listed the offerings which cover the four main domains - Organisational
Transformation Strategies, Transforming People, Transforming Processes and Critical
hiring.
● A list of the upcoming courses and their details is listed. These include - #LevelUp,
Coach-in-Clinique, #CommUp, #LeadUp and #SproutUp.
● The website has an insightful section of case studies related to the company’s work. Also,
articles related to different backgrounds like ‘Talk with Leaders’, ‘Managing People’ and
‘Organisational Culture’.

Competitor Websites

1. YouLingo

YouLingo is a foreign language e-learning company.


The site is direct and simple to locate. On the opening page, we see different posts made
by the company. Also, there are a few consumer testimonials posted.

Scrolling further, the site gives an insight into why foreign languages are important, when
they should be learnt and how one can learn those languages through YouLingo.

There is a gallery of course information pages, and at the end of the home page, there are
contact details - contact number - and office hours.

The site is simple to navigate and get specific information; however, it lacks the company
details and other important information which a consumer would like to have access to
before making a purchase decision.

2. Tutor101
Tutor101 opens up with an interactive screen where you can select whether you are a
student or a tutor.

The site then had several options to choose from, for example - classes (primary,
secondary, higher secondary and high school), NEET, JEE, GMAT, etc. and also
different sports and activities like yoga, pilates and Zumba, music computer languages
and even foreign languages and upskilling and lifestyle courses. The site is descriptive
and takes the user through a step-by-step process.
There is a brief description of the company in the about us section, covering its aim and
what the company does, the founders and their details as well as the board of directors.

And finally the contact us page has options for putting the consumer's contact details to
get a call-back. Also, the company email and address are listed.

3. PodSquad

Podsquad is an educational startup who have study kits for toddlers and tweens. The site
has all the important information like the company, what are pods, learning styles, and
activity zones.

Also, their shopping links are listed for the site visitors to locate the products easily.

The front page gives a brief description of what exactly is PodSquad and for whom it is.

The contact page of the site has options for email enquiry, location of the company, and
phone and email details.

4. Aplus Online Academy


The website opens to an information page, which tells us what the company does. The program's
option is a drop-down menu which has all the information about different courses available and
for what levels, like - Grades 1-2, Grades 3-8, SHSAT, Grades 9-12 and SAT.

The menu covers in-depth information about the company, their job, curriculum and their
records over the years. The community covers whatever they have been doing as well as current
operations, awards and seminars etc which are being conducted.

Finally, the contact page which covers emails, office addresses, and an emailing address if you
want to contact them and get information one-to-one.
