other Cooperatives) to have their common
economic, social needs and aspirations
through a jointly-owned and democratically

cooperative there is a Board of Directors
wherein they vote for a position) controlled
business.

2. Of the four (4) forms of ownership, which, in your opinion, is the best form? Consider your answers from the first
item.

Answer: For me, it really depends on your

current financial situation, because if you are
just starting out, the Sole Proprietorship might
be the best options of ownership there it is
because you can be a sole business owner
with not much capital, unlike the other forms of
ownership wherein you need large sums of
capital to make it work in the first place.
Meanwhile, I consider the other forms of
ownership as well such as Partnership it is
because for me, it is quite nice to have a buddy
on your business, doing your things together,
and having a like minded person in your
business is such a nice thing to have, for the
Business itself to grow exponentially with the
connecting minds between me and my partner.
I may add, I also consider having a Corporation
in the later years of my life, when I have the
capital to spare to build one, and have such
strong connections to a certain industry to
build such an ownership of a Corporation. And
lastly, Cooperative is more of like a local
business thing for me wherein people there are
some sort of like in a community based
business, and when I build a Cooperative soon,
I do not expect much of a profit it is because it
is for the community itself, having the mutual
interest, let’s say a Cooperative in your town
and stuff like that.

3. Expound on one (1) basic consideration in establishing an organization.

Answer: For me, one basic thing to consider

when establishing an organization is to have a
solid and concrete vision for either it be a
business you are trying to build or let’s say
Corporation. From Business Plans to ensuring
the Capital is enough, to ensuring that you can
maintain your organization not just financially
but in terms of a good work ethics, especially,
we need to consider the people that we want
and need for our organization, wether he or she
is fit and just for the position, he or she must
be screened according to his or her set of skills
to do his or her role in the organization really
well and also, to secure a success in building
an organization.

4. Explain one (1) principle of an organization and give an example.

Answer: For this one, I will be explaining one

principle of an organization and it is the
Principle of Responsibility. With the Principle
of Responsibility, those who staffs and people
of the organization must have a duty to ensure
a sustainable development in the organization
as well as having the job to be responsible in
the scope or task that is given to you in the
workforce.
