2. To discuss forms of academic dishonesty; and
3. To instill academic honesty among the students.

1. Definition of academic honesty and dishonesty
2. Forms of academic dishonesty
3. Self-directed learning materials
4. Immediate actions to protect academic integrity and
ensure the veracity of learner's assessment results

FACILITATOR Mr. JERICK C. SUBAD, Adviser 9- BERYLLIUM
MINUTES OF THE MEETING 1. The HG session started short kamustahan and some
reminders regarding the submission of their
activities.
2. The adviser also mentioned the activities needed to
be accomplished by the students as some subject
teachers sent names to the adviser all the students
who have deficiencies.
3. The adviser discussed and explain Academic Honesty.
4. In line with this, the adviser also emphasized Academic
dishonesty.
5. The teacher discussed the different forms of academic
dishonesty and reminded the students to be true to
their works academically.
6. The teacher emphasized that documents such parents’
consent must be true and reliable. Falsification of
documents is one form of Academic Dishonesty.
7. The HG session ended with few reminders and
reiteration of activities need to be submitted.
