conversion before sales, ignoring the after-sales problem of products, thus missing the best
time to deal with after-sales complaints and disputes.

AliExpress's regular after-sales problems mainly include complaints, disputes and evaluation, so
this course mainly includes three parts: how to resolve complaints, how to deal with disputes
and how to deal with negative reviews.

I. How to solve the problem of complaints

Complaints mainly include: intellectual property sales ban violations, transaction violations and
others. Let's take a look at the penalties for violations on the AliExpress platform.
Intellectual property restrictions, transaction violations and other stores over 40 points will be
closed, so sellers pay special attention to making complaints.
In the complaint section, many sellers will check whether there are any complaints in the "My
Case" in the "Business Performance" section of the AliExpress navigation button, but sellers
need to note that specific complaints will not be displayed in the background. In order to avoid
missing the important "3-day seller response period", you still need to click "View Details". "View
the specific historical complaint cases.
In addition, when responding to complaints, the seller should upload supporting materials, such
as payment slips, invoices, exchange records between the two parties, etc.

II. How to deal with disputes


Disputes are the most difficult problem for sellers, but they are inevitable. The dispute is mainly
divided into three stages:
Phase 1: The buyer has filed a dispute and is waiting for confirmation;
The second stage: the seller has rejected the buyer's dispute application;
Phase 3: Platform intervention;
Of course, these three stages are not necessary for every dispute. If the seller accepts the
dispute within the 5-day response period, it is equivalent to refunding the buyer directly. If the
seller does not respond to the dispute within the 5-day response period, the ODR will be
recorded. If the seller refuses the dispute, it will enter the second stage. Similarly, if the second
stage is still unresolved, you will directly enter the third stage.

One thing that should be noted here: in the first stage, the seller should arrange from less to
more dispute response time, giving priority to dealing with events with less dispute response
time; in the second stage, the seller should be arranged according to the remaining time of
escalation arbitration.

III. How to deal with negative reviews
It is impossible to be all five-star praise in buyer evaluation. Sellers with medium and bad
reviews of 1-3 stars should reply, because many buyers will refer to the buyer's comments when
choosing products. If there is a negative evaluation in the buyer's evaluation, it will affect the
buyer's purchase and reduce the conversion rate. Therefore, the seller should find the problem
in time in the buyer's comments and solve them. For the sellers with negative reviews, the
content is the company's after-sales service or one-on-one response to this product, not all
English templates. In addition, the seller's reply to the buyer can see not only the buyer, but all
buyers who want to buy this product. In the reply, the seller's reply should give the new buyer

2022 AliExpress Entry Conditions

I. Business license of the enterprise


Since December 15, 2021, self-employed businesses can no longer enter the AliExpress
platform. They must be of a company nature, and some categories have begun to implement
the targeted investment promotion system.
II. Trademarks (brands)
The trademark scope must include the subcategories you want to do. At present, some
subcategories do not need trademarks, which are subject to the time of release.
III. The platform needs to pay a deposit of 10,000 to 50,000 yuan.
Most categories have a deposit of 10,000 yuan. If the account is cancelled, it can be refunded to
the merchant.

Prepare before entering AliExpress


1. Understand the categories that can be sold and determine the categories to settle in.
2. Understand the platform rules and intellectual property sales restrictions. In order to avoid
punishment in the business process, we should understand the rules of intellectual property
protection and prohibited goods in advance.
3. Fee: AliExpress settles in for free, and a deposit of 10,000-50,000 yuan is frozen when opening a
store. During the transaction, the platform charges a 5%-8% commission for each transaction.
4. Preparing for residence information:
(1) Mailbox + mobile phone + enterprise Alipay (or mailbox + mobile phone + enterprise legal
person Alipay (business license required))
(2) If you want to add a brand, you also need to prepare a trademark registration certificate or
trademark acceptance letter.

Step 1: Select according to the country where the company is registered.
Step 2: Try not to use Taobao and Alibaba platforms that have registered for email, and use the
new mailbox AliExpress.
· Step 3: Choose US dollars in currencies. There are two ways to authenticate: enterprise Alipay
authorization certification & enterprise legal person Alipay authorization certification, choose
one of the two.

The main differences between the two are as follows:


1) Enterprise Alipay authorization authentication: You need to apply for an enterprise Alipay
account on Alipay in advance, log in to the enterprise Alipay account on the AliExpress
authentication page, and pass real-time authentication;

2) Enterprise legal person personal Alipay authentication: There is no need to have an


enterprise Alipay account, as long as you submit relevant materials + legal person personal
Alipay account authorization on the authentication page. The data review time is 2 working
days.

[Certification Rules]
1) An enterprise can only authenticate 6 AliExpress accounts (main accounts);
2) The subject of certification is not allowed to change, the certified company is not allowed to
change from Company A to Company B, and the unified social credit code is changed from A to
B.
· Step 4: If there is no qualification requirement for the ordinary category, you can directly apply
for a large category and pass it. After completing the deposit payment, you can complete the
opening of the store.

· Step 5: Enter the account and certification section - my application - complete trademark entry,
brand application, category operation permission application and store type application.

If your trademark has not been added to the platform, you need to add a trademark. If the
authorized trademark has been added to the platform, you can directly click on the trademark
qualification application (the trademark certificate and trademark authorization need to be
presented here) for review it for about 5-7 working days.
[Shop Type Application]
The types of stores include: official stores, specialty stores, and franchise stores.
Choose the store type that suits you according to the benefits of different store types and the
materials that need to be submitted. The store type can be changed every 30 days.
[Category operation authority]
Apply for general business permissions according to your own business direction. A single store
can only choose one business scope. There are multiple business categories under the 9th and
10th business scopes, and you can apply for operation at the same time, but a single store will
only charge a deposit, which will be charged high.
