WHAT: VIRTUAL PTA MEETING

The First Homeroom Parents and Teachers Association meeting started at 2:00 pm in the afternoon since there
is enough numbers of parents/ guardians attended online.
The objective of the meeting is to discuss the following AGENDA:
1. School Policies
2. Grading System
3. School and Classroom Conditions
4. Election of officers
5. New Normal Set up
School policies were discussed to inform the parents the dos and don’ts that their child should keep in
mind when they are inside the school vicinity. This is also a simple reminder to the parents about their
responsibilities in their child’s action. Discussing the grading system and classroom/ school conditions was
followed and the election of this School year. And last, the NEW NORMAL settings for the school year 2020-
2021.

Narrative:
The School conducted Online Kamustahan with the parents. To discuss the issuance of card. The
meeting started exactly 9:30 am. With a simple prayer Led by Mrs. Rosario F. Aguinaldo, then followed by the
opening remarks of our School Head Mr. Romulo J. Roxas Jr. Then Followed by the orientation on the
quarterly issuance of Report Card.
After the announcement, the parents we’re asked if they have other concerns. The
meeting ended at 11:00 am.

The First Homeroom Parents and Teachers Association meeting face to face started at 9:00 am in the morning
since there is enough numbers of parents/ guardians attended
The objective of the meeting is to discuss the following AGENDA:

2. Grading System in face to face classes
3. School and Classroom Conditions in face to face classes
4. Permit and consent given to the parents
5. New Normal Set up for face to face classes
School policies were discussed to inform the parents the dos and don’ts that their child should keep in
mind when they are inside the school vicinity. This is also a simple reminder to the parents about their
responsibilities in their child’s action. Discussing the grading system and classroom/ school conditions was
followed and the election of this School year. Also the parents signed a parent’s consent for those who will
attend the face to face learning. And last, the NEW NORMAL settings for the school year 2021-2022.
