Built environment
The roof gardens built on the commercial units provide a green area
contribution to the upper town and at the same time the garden strengthens
the view of the houses .
Vertical solar panels are used for blocking the sun but there is no building skin
that makes it harder to control inner climate and again increases energy
usage.
No solar energy panels are used for additional energy gain which leads to
more consumption for heating and electricity
There is pool in the 10th floor which means it needs a lot of energy for heating
and the pool water should be drained once a week for hygiene purposes
Double and triple glazed windows
Green roofs
No building skin
Reinforced concrete and steel linings
No rainwater harvesting management mentioned
