AFFIDAVIT OF AGREEMENT

(between the vendor and the vendee)

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This AFFIDAVIT OF AGREEMENT made and entered into this ___ day of
___________ 2020 at Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro:
That I, ___________ of legal age, married, and resident of Barangay Talaga Proper, Mabini,
Batangas City, hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY.
AND
That WE, SPOUSES ______________________both of legal age, and residents of Barangay
Puting Tubig, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro, hereinafter referred to as the SECOND
PARTY.
WITNESSETH

WHEREAS, ____________________ known as (FIRST PARTY) of legal age, married,

Filipino and resident of __________________________. That by way of SPECIAL POWER
OF ATTORNEY vested upon her by her sister _______________and her niece and nephew
namely _______________ married to _______________, stating to sell the three properties
located at _______________; and the SECOND PARTY (known as BUYER).
That both parties agreed under the following terms and condition;
1. That SECOND PARTY will pay all expenses for the processing of three titles to be
transferred to their names;

2. That in case there are some expenses to be added, THE FIRST PARTY IS NOT
OBLIGED TO PAY, the SECOND PARTY HAS THE RESPONSIBILITY TO
SHOULDER IT;

3. That the SECOND PARTY will pay for the first two parcel of land with TCT No.
_______________ and TCT No. _______________ and the third parcel with TCT No.
_______________will be paid after a month.

That this contract may not be modified in any manner unless in writing and signed by
both parties. This document and any attachment hereto constitute entire agreement
between the parties. This AFFIDAVIT OF AGREEMENT shall be binding upon the
PARTIES, their successors, heirs and assigns and shall be enforced under the law of State
of Philippines.
