IMPORTANT NOTICE – SECOND EXAMINATION

(SESSION 2021 – 2022)

In a meeting of the Examination Committee held on Wednesday September 14, 2022, the following
decisions were taken:

1. The last date for filling of Second Examination form has been extended up to Friday September
30, 2022. Last date for fee submission of Second Examination is Sunday October 2, 2022.

2. All students of Semester V – VI of session 2021 – 2022 who were in Semester I – II in the session
2019 – 2020 will be allowed to appear in Second Examination of all papers of all subjects
including practical examinations of Semester I only. They will be allowed to appear in second
examination only after paying the examination fee for second examination.

3. All students of Semester V – VI of session 2021 – 2022 who were in Semester I – II in the session
2019 – 2020, who did not appear in the AEC Examination of Semester I will be allowed to do so
and the marks of AEC of Semester II will be computed from marks of AEC of Semester I of
session 2019 – 2020.

4. All students of Semester V – VI of session 2021 – 2022 who were in Semester I – II in the session
2019 – 2020 will also be allowed to appear in Internal Assessment Examination of all subjects of
Semester II. Internal Assessment Second Examination fee of Rs. 50/- per paper will have to be
paid.

5. All students of Semester V – VI of session 2021 – 2022 who did not appear in the Semester VI
SEC examination in the subject allotted to them don’t have to give SEC examination again. It has
been decided that such students will be allotted the Semester VI SEC in the same subject in which
he/she has given the examination.

6. However, if such students have appeared in Semester VI SEC examination in a subject which
they don’t have in Semester VI or if they were absent in the SEC examination, such students will
have to appear in the SEC examination of Semester VI.

7. It is to be noted that since Semester I – II of session 2019 – 2020 was the batch of students who
were most adversely affected by the covid pandemic, hence only this batch of students are being
given this special relaxation for the last time. This relaxation is not applicable on any other
semester and/or batch of students and therefore this relaxation in examination rules shall not
be treated as precedence. This relaxation shall cease to exist automatically after the culmination
of this particular Second Examination.

8. Second examination form of all students who had filled the form but had not paid their
examination fee were kept in ‘pending verification’ category. Forms of all such students have
been cancelled and now they are being allowed once again to fill their second examination forms
with the relaxations mentioned above.

9. Second Examination forms of all students who had filled the form and paid the fee will also be
cancelled and their fee will be refunded to them. Such students will also be allowed once again
to fill their second examination forms with the relaxations mentioned above.

10. All second examination forms and payment of second examination fee will take place through
the college website www.eccprayagraj.org. Do not contact any office or individual regarding
any information pertaining to this second examination. All information will be posted on the
college website in the notices section.

Kindly read the notice very carefully and fill the form within the stipulated date. No applications
will be entertained after the last date.
