Methods:
Cut the pork meat into small lines. Prepare
them in an oiled frying pan. Add salt to taste.
Cut potatoes, carrots, and onions into cubes.
Add them to the meat.
Cover them with 1 cup of water. Cook for 15
minutes.
When potatoes become soft, add soya sauce,
sake, red wine, and sugar. Cook for another
15 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
Japanese Spring Rolls
For stuffing :
4 garlic cloves
1 onion
2 carrots
1 cup of spinach
1 zucchini
1 red bell pepper
1 cup of mushrooms

Methods:
Cut garlic cloves, onion, carrots, spinach,
zucchini, pepper, and mushrooms into
smaller pieces to taste.
Mix flour, water, starch, and salt together.
Use a mixer and then let the mixture sit for at
least 30 minutes in a fridge.
From the resulting mixture, make thick
pancakes in an oiled frying pan.
Fry vegetables in a frying pan. Spice them to
taste (soya sauce, ginger, salt, pepper, red
pepper…).
Fill pancakes with vegetables and then roll
them.
Fry the resulting rolls in deep oil for 3
minutes each.
Serve and enjoy!
Sour Ginger Sauce
Methods:
Clean and peel the ginger.
Cut ginger into small pieces, pour salt over it
and let it sit there for 60 minutes. (To release
the water)
In one cooking pot, cook vinegar with sugar
for 10 minutes.
Pour vinegar mixture over the ginger and
then let it cool.
Keep in a fridge!
Japanese Pancakes
Methods:
Separate egg yolks from egg whites.
Melt butter with cream cheese until you get a
homogeny mixture.
Gradually, one by one, add flour, starch, salt,
2 oz. of sugar, egg yolks, and lemon juice to
the butter mixture. Mix until you get a
homogeny mixture.
Blend egg whites until you get foam. When
you get foam, add baking powder and 4 oz. of
sugar.
Carefully, combine the white and yellow
mixture.
Bake the resulting mixture in the oven for 60
minutes at 200°F. (Use a cooking pot or a
cake mold).
After 60 minutes of baking, turn the oven off
but keep the cooking pot inside for another 30
minutes.
Serve with powdered sugar and fruit to taste.
Enjoy!
Vegetable Vegan Sushi
Methods:
Prepare rice in 2 cups of saltwater. Cook for
10 minutes.
When it is done, combine it with lemon juice.
Let them cool.
Grind the carrot. Cut cucumber, avocado, and
red bell pepper into small cubes.
Spread rice mixture over each nori layer.
Then, add vegetables.
Roll the layers and serve sushi with soya
sauce.
Enjoy!
Teriyaki Chicken with
Vegetables
Methods:
Clean and cut chicken fillets into small lines.
Prepare chicken in an oiled frying pan.
Cut garlic, onion, carrot, and zucchini into
thin lines. Add them to the chicken.
Mix teriyaki sauce and ketchup in order to
make the red sauce.
Add salt to taste and serve all together.
Enjoy!
Chankonabe
For meatballs :
17 oz. of minced chicken meat
2 leeks
1 egg
2 tablespoons of bread crumbs
Pinch of salt

Methods:
Prepare the meatballs:
Mix minced chicken meat with cut
leeks, egg, and breadcrumbs.
Pour them with salt.
Make small balls out of the mixture.
Methods:
Put sesame to cook on low heat. (In a cooking
pot)
After 5 minutes of cooking switch to medium
heat. Mix constantly!
Cook for another 5 minutes and then remove
it from the heat.
Put sesame in a blender and blend well.
Enjoy!
Easy Sushi with Smoked
Salmon
Methods:
Wash rice and then cook it in 2 cups of
saltwater until it becomes soft. (Around 20
minutes on medium heat)
In meanwhile, cut salmon into thin lines.
When rice is ready, form them into a
rectangular shape.
Put 1 slice of salmon on each rice rectangle.
Serve with soya sauce and enjoy!
Japanese Stir Fry
For marinade :
2 teaspoons of soya sauce
2 teaspoons of starch
1 teaspoon of oil

Methods:
Cut meat into small lines.
Mix all ingredients listed for the marinade
and soak the meat in it.
Cut garlic into smaller pieces and then sauté
it in oil.
After 5 minutes of frying, add meat to the
garlic and continue.
Prepare stir-fry sauce:
Mix all ingredients listed
Methods:
Cook chicken leg in water.
Prepare chocolate sauce:
Mix all ingredients listed for the
chocolate sauce in one cooking pot.
Cook them for 2 minutes only.
Methods:
Dissolve soup cube in 3 cups of water. Let
them cook in a pot.
Cut carrots and tofu into cubes. Add them to
the soup when it boils.
Add spices to taste.
Cook until carrots become soft.
*You can add chopped chicken to the soup if
you like. Just add it 5 minutes before tofu and
carrots!
Healthy Japanese Juice
Methods:
Grind the carrots. Squeeze the lemon and
oranges.
Put them all in a blender. Add honey, ginger,
and orange juice.
Blend them together well.
Serve and enjoy!
Japanese Apple Cake
Methods:
Peel the apples and cut them into slices.
Put them in a bowl with lemon juice and
water. Let them sit there for a while.
In another bowl, mix eggs, sugar, milk, flour,
and melted butter. Use mixer.
Combine apples with dough mixture.
Pour mixture onto the baking tray. Cover it
with milled almonds.
Bake for 50 minutes at 225°F.
In a meanwhile, prepare the caramel sauce:
In one small bowl, mix sugar with
butter.
Put the bowl in a microwave and
heat it for 5 minutes.
Decorate your cake with caramel sauce and
serve. Enjoy!
Shogayaki
Methods:
Grind onion, ginger, and garlic. Mix them
with soya sauce, red wine, and sugar.
Cut meat into thin slices. Pour salt and pepper
over slices.
Prepare the meat in an oiled frying pan. This
should not be long if the meat is thin.
When meat is done, pour recently prepared
sweet sauce into the frying pan. Add cut leek.
Cook until sauce boils.
Serve hot with rice or cooked vegetables to
taste. Enjoy!
Japanese Rice and Shrimp
Salad
Methods:
Prepare rice in 2 cups of boiling water. Add
salt and cook for 10 minutes.
Cook shrimps in another pot for 15 minutes.
In a meanwhile, prepare the sauce:
a.Mix rice vinegar, soya sauce, sesame oil,
and lemon juice.
Mix rice and shrimps together. Cover them
with prepared sauce.
Peel and cut the cucumber into small circles,
chili into lines.
Add them to the salad and serve!
Yaki Nasu Salad
Methods:
Put eggplants into a casserole dish and bake
them for 20 minutes at 250 F.
After that, let them cool. Peel them and cut
them into slices.
Cover eggplant slices with sesame seeds.
In one bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients.
(Except leek)
Cover eggplant with ingredients and let it sit
in a fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Add cut leek and serve.
Ideal salad for fish, meat, or sushi. Enjoy!
Teriyaki Chicken
Methods:
Cook rice in 2 cups of saltwater. When it is
done, strain the water and set rice aside.
In a frying pan, pour soya sauce, apple
vinegar, and honey. Let them cook for 10
minutes.
Cut chicken into smaller pieces and prepare
them in an oiled frying pan. When they
become yellow, add teriyaki sauce. Fry them
together for another 5 minutes.
Cut green and red bell peppers into lines.
Sauté them in oil shortly and then add onion
and garlic (cut into small cubes). Spice them.
Serve everything together and enjoy!
Japanese Omelet with Rice
and Chicken
For omelet :
4 eggs
4 tablespoons of milk
4 tablespoons of ground cheese
2 tablespoons of oil

Methods:
Cut onion and chicken into small pieces to
taste. Sauté them in oil.
Fry until the meat becomes soft and dark
yellow.
Then, add peas. Mix constantly.
After 10 minutes of frying, add rice (which
you previously cooked in water).
Add ketchup and soya sauce. Continue frying
for a few minutes more.
In a meanwhile, prepare the omelet:
Fry eggs in an oiled frying pan.
After 3 minutes of frying, cover them
with ground cheese and milk.
Fry for 3 minutes more.
Combine meat and eggs in one frying pan and
mix them well.
Serve and enjoy!
Ramen with Soya Sauce
Methods:
Prepare egg in water. When water boils, cook
for another 10 minutes. When it is done, peel
it and cut it in half.
Pour 2 cups of water into one cooking pot.
Add soup cube, ginger, and garlic. Cook for
20 minutes.
Add soya sauce and chili. Cook only for 5
minutes more.
Cut leek thinly, ham into slices.
Prepare noodles by following the instructions
noted on the pack.
Serve all together with cooked corn.
Decorate to taste and enjoy!
Smiley Sandwiches
For topping :
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 leek
6 slices of ham
1 egg yolk (for coating)
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise

Methods:
Combine milk, sugar, and yeast in one bowl.
Mix them with a mixer until you get the
dough mixture.
Gradually, add flour to the dough mixture,
along with the salt, butter, and egg. Knead the
dough from the mixture. Let it sit for 40
minutes in a fridge.
After that, separate the dough into 6 parts.
Stretch each one into a sandwich size.
Coat egg yolk over dough pieces.
Cut 2 boiled eggs into 3 parts each. (To get 6
pieces)
Put on each dough 1 egg slice and 1 ham
slice. Cover everything with cut leek and
mayonnaise.
Bake them for 15 minutes at 225°F.
Serve hot with yogurt. Enjoy!
Yum Yum Sauce
Methods:
Mix all ingredients together in a blender. If
you do not have a blender, you can use a
mixer.
Put the resulting sauce in a bowl, cover it
with aluminum foil.
Let it sit in a fridge during the night.
Enjoy!
Japanese Fusion Salad
Methods:
Cut chicken into lines and then fry them in an
oiled frying pan. Spice them too.
When the chicken is done, remove it from the
heat and let it cool.
Add rice wine into the same frying pan, along
with the soya sauce. Fry them for a few
minutes and then let them aside. Mix them
with cream and put them in a fridge.
Prepare rice in 2 cups of salt water.
Prepare the vegetables:
Cut pepper into smaller pieces.
Grind the carrots.
Combine them together, add basil
and ginger.
Tonkatsu sauce :
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire
sauce
2 tablespoons of ketchup
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of powdered sugar

Methods:
Prepare the meat:
Cut steaks into slices. Make a few
cuts in each one. (See the picture
below)
Beat them.
Rub salt and pepper to taste into
steaks.
Soak each steak slice first into the
flour, then into an egg, and finally
into the breadcrumbs.
Methods:
Clean and cut all vegetables into smaller
pieces.
Put them in a cooking pot and cover them
with water. Start cooking.
After 5 minutes of cooking, add all spices.
Cook until vegetables become soft.
When vegetables are ready, add noodles.
Cook for 10 to 15 minutes and then serve.
Enjoy!
Salmon Rolls with Chili
Sauce
Methods:
Soak nori layer into the water. Let them sit
there for at least 20 minutes.
Cut salmon meat into thin squares.
Grind cheese and carrot. Mix them together.
Stretch nori and start making the sushi:
Place 1 salmon square on each layer.
Add 1 tablespoon of cheese and
carrot mixture.
Roll nori to the sushi size.
Methods:
Cut onions, carrots, celery, and garlic into
thin lines.
Sauté onion in an oiled cooking pot.
Add carrots, celery, and garlic. Let them
sauté.
In meanwhile, dissolve 1 soup cube in 4 cups
of water.
Cover vegetables with soup cube mixture and
cook for 30 minutes.
Cut champignons and leeks into small circles.
After 30 minutes of cooking, add
champignons, soya sauce, and leeks.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Tofu with Minced Meat
Methods:
Dissolve soup cube in 5 cups of water.
In one bowl, mix soya sauce, sugar, sake, and
rice wine together. Let the sugar melts.
Cut tofu into cubes and then cook them in
water for 2 minutes.
Cut garlic and onion into small cubes and
then sauté them in an oiled frying pan.
Add red chili pepper and minced meat and
continue frying. Add salt.
After 5 minutes of frying, add soup and tofu.
Cook until meat is ready and serve!
Japanese Potato Salad
For topping :
3 tablespoons of rice vinegar
6 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

In one bowl, prepare topping:
Combine all ingredients listed and mix them
with an egg beater or a mixer.
Combine everything together and serve on
one bigger plate.
