 People learn differently , and it is important so that I  can cater training to that style  
3 Learning Styles: 
 Visual: Learns by seeing 
o By seeing, graphs, charts, pictures 
 Auditory: learns by hearing 
o Lectures 
 Kinesthetic: learns by doing 
o Projects, activities and games

When you adapt to someone’s behavioural style, it allows you to:

1. Improve business and personal relationships

2. See yourself through the eyes of someone else.
