recognized or the credit goes to the cities. People from rural areas are attracted to cities and
towns for many reasons such as opportunities choice, options, variety and with the hope of
better quality of life. Rural areas have to change with times and adopt certain trait to make
rural. areas viable. The reformation should be carefully planned, integrating, meshing and
nexus with the existing built environment. The originality in the terms of form, layout,
architecture, art, style and structural layout of the settlement must be preserved to the
possible extent. The open spaces parks and play lots should be creatively carved out. Without
disturbing harmony. The connectivity of old road system and new road system should be
properly designed. The road designs should be made functional, smooth and easy. Planning
for water and waste management has been the greatest concern today. How to transport
water and how to connect existing water system to the neighborhood’s and about purification
should be implemented. Community facilities like public buildings, libraries, parks,
recreational centers should be provided. As somurdi village is located in purandhar taluka and
upcoming airport is just near to it which greatly reflecting the development of the village
