This EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE of the spouses, is made and entered into by and among their
legal heirs, namely:

The late died intestate on December 12, 2000 at Quezon City, Metro Manila represented by his heirs;

The late died intestate on April 28, 1973 at Cambanogoy, Asuncion, Davao del Norte represented by his heir

all of legal age, Filipinos and residents of Buclad, Asuncion, Davao del Norte;

of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Tagum City, Davao del Norte;

of legal age, Filipinos and residents of 37 Anahao St., Project 7, Veterans Village, Quezon City 1105;

The late died intestate on December 13, 2010 at 37 Anahao St., Project 7, Veterans Village, Quezon City 1105;

died intestate on November 27, 2014 at Davao Regional Hospital, Tagum City represented by her heirs her husband,
and children and; all of legal age, Filipinos and residents of Buclad, Asuncion, Davao del Norte;

The late died intestate on November 30, 2004 at Cambanogoy, Asuncion, Davao del Norte represented by her heirs
both of legal age, Filipinos and residents of Buclad, Asuncion, Davao del Norte;

The late died intestate on August 19, 2008 at Buclad, Asuncion, Davao del Norte represented by his heirs;

The late died intestate on October 14, 2011 at Buclad, Asuncion, Davao del Norte represented by his heirs;

, his wife, and all of legal age, Filipinos and residents of Buclad, Asuncion, Davao del Norte;

The late died intestate on June 19, 2002 at Cambanogoy, Asuncion, Davao del Norte represented by his heirs;
, his wife, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Cambanogoy, Asuncion, Davao del Norte;

And children. of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Sto. Niño, Talaingod, Davao del Norte and of legal age, Filipino
and a resident of Cambanogoy, Asuncion, Davao del Norte

WITNESSETH:

That the late died intestate on August 8, 1943 at Cambanogoy, Asuncion, Davao del Norte and the late died
intestate on September 3, 1983 at Buclad, Asuncion, Davao del Norte leaving as their heirs the aforenamed parties;

1. That the late spouses are the registered owner of a parcel of land situated at the Barrio of Cambanogoy,
Municipality of District Saug (now Asuncion), Province of Davao, Island of Mindanao, Philippines, containing
an area of 13.0011 hectares covered by Original Certificate of Title (OCT) No. (1172) B-116;

2. That to the best of the knowledge of the parties hereto, the deceased left no debts nor any will, but this is
without prejudice to any obligations or any will, which may hereinafter come to the knowledge of the parties.

3. That this is without prejudice to the liabilities imposed by Section 4, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court regarding
the right of any heir or creditor who might have been deprived of his/her lawful participation in the estate of
the decedent for a period of two (2) years.

 NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to Section 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of court, the herein parties, in person,
possessing full civil capacity, do hereby settle, adjudicate and partition between and among themselves the above-
described property in the following manner:

That we hereby affirm that we have executed this instrument of our own and free will, without force,
intimidation or violence upon our person.
