 Materials planning as per previous Consumption

 Forward the Purchase Requisition to Purchase Dept

 Follow up with purchase Dept and Vendor to get the Materials on Time.

 Materials checking as per specification with QC Dept

 Prepare the GRN through SAP (MIGO)

 Material issues to sites and sub stores

 Maintain the Minimum Stock for Critical Items

 Material dispatch to other site stores

 Maintain Proper Documents of Incoming and Out going

 Keeping stores in 5’s system [5’s system is now implementation]

 Proper removal of Scraps and Damaged Materials

 Co-Ordinate the Purchase dept to get the replacement if the material is in Warranty period.

 Weekly and monthly MIS Report submit to Management

 Reports like Consumption, Slow moving and Non Moving and Abnormal consumption and critical spares.

 All Stores Transaction are Through SAP R3/MM Module.

 All Stores Related records are maintained ISO Procedure
