PERFORMANCE TASK

You are working as research and development manager and you are asked by the CEO of your company to present a
comparative analysis of the top 2 cosmetic products for teenagers available in the market. To be able to have a valid
statistical data as regards the effectiveness of the products, your team was instructed to conduct surveys and interviews
to compare these cosmetic products. Further, he also ordered your team to identify the active ingredients of the
cosmetic product and its benefits to the consumers so that you could come up with a new product that would target
teenagers and young professionals as market. After data collection, you are asked to present a video content that will
tackle the result of the survey and interview conducted. The CEO also wanted that the video content will discuss about
the developmental tasks and challenges being experienced by adolescents.

To present a video content that would discuss the comparative analysis between the top 2 cosmetic products for
teenagers.
