ONLINE ENLISTMENT PROCESS

REMINDERS TO TEACHERS ON THE ALS ONLINE ENLISMENT
PROCESS FOR S.Y. 2020-2021

I. ALS Online Enlistment.

Prospective learners who want to enroll in ALS can go to the official

facebook page of ALS Paranaque and access the online enlistment link.

Steps Process
1 Visit ALS facebook page and look for “offers” tab on the side
to access the link. Teachers and other stakeholders may
share the enlistment link to their friends and other interested
learners. http://deped.in/alspque
2 Fill-up online enlistment form completely and correctly then
submit.
3 Wait for the instruction of the teacher in the chosen learning
center via text or via email.
4 Coordinate with the teacher by replying to his/her message.
Reminders:
1. Learners can only go to their chosen CLC once the threat of covid19 is
lifted.
2. Learners must coordinate to their teacher of their chosen CLC so that
enlistment will not be forfeited.
3. Teachers, learners, and other partners can share the poster and link for
information campaign drive of the ALS program.
4. Teachers are not limited to this online enlistment form; you may also do
other strategies to reach out and mapped potential learners in your
respective area.

II. Teachers Access to ALS Online Enlistment.

Teachers must regularly check the online spreadsheet of the enlistment to

check if there are learners who already enrolled in their learning center.
However, due to security reason and to make sure that no data will be deleted,
teachers who have the link can only view the spreadsheet and cannot be edited
using only their official DepEd email.

III. Introductory Statement on the Enlistment Form
MAGANDANG ARAW!

Kung nais mong magpalista sa darating na pasukan taong panuruan 2020-

2021 sa Alternative Learning System sa lungsod ng Paranaque ay maaaring
sagutan lamang ang ilang mahahalagang impormasyon patungkol sa iyo.
Ang mga personal na impormasyan na iyong ibibigay ay ituturing naming
mahalaga at kumpidensyal.

Narito ang mga edad na dapat tandaan upang makapagpalista:

Basic Literacy Program at Elementary: 12 taong gulang pataas

Junior High School: 16 taong gulang pataas

Kung mayroon ka pang kakilala na gustong magpalista ay maari mo ring

ibahagi sa kanila ang link ng enlistment system na ito sa kanila. At kung sa
tingin mo ay mahihirapan kang sagutan ang mga tanong, maaari kang
magpatulong sa iba mong kasama.

PAALALA:

Ang "Enlistment System" na ito ay naglilista lamang ng iyong pangalan at

nagsasabi na ikaw ay interasadong mag-aral sa ALS. Ang pormal na
"enrolment form" ay ibibigay sa iyo ng iyong magiging guro sa sandaling
bumalik na sa ayos ang ating sitwasyon. Maaari lamang na magpunta sa
mapipili mong "Learning Center" kung sakaling magsisimula na ang klase
pagkatapos ng ating kinakaharap na krisis patungkol sa Covid 19.

Maghintay lamang ng mensaheng mangagaling sa iyong magiging guro. Ang

guro mula sa mapipili mong "learning center" ang siyang magsasabi sa iyo
ng mga susunod mong gagawin.

IV. Parts of the Online Enlistment Form

Here are the 3 parts being asked in the ALS online enlistment form:

b. Educational Background (including program and CLC to enroll)
c. Capacity and Access to Distance Learning

V. Template of Teachers Response
Teachers may follow-up learners starting on June 1, 2020 via text or email.
Here is the sample template to response to the learners:

mga panahong ito. Ito na ang simula upang maipagpatuloy mo ang iyong
pangarap sa buhay.

Ako nga pala si Sir/Mam ________ ang iyong magiging ALS teacher mula sa
learning center ng _______________ na iyong napili upang makapagpatuloy sa
pag-aaral.

Narito ang mga dapat mong ihanda habang ikaw ay nag-aaral ALS:
1. Birth certificate / Baptismal Certficte / Barangay certification
2. Latest formal picture with white background

Patuloy ka lamang na makipag-ugnayan sa akin bago dumating ang araw ng

pasukan.
