There is evidence that the explosion of technology plays a crucial role in

creating many new ways of education. Moreover, the process of their transformation
and development in education has been and is a premise that has a profound impact
on human life and society. Even in university, technology plays an even
indispensable role. This study shows how often students use technology in schools
and suggests the benefits of mutual understanding of technology for a collaborative
platform, open education and the application of scientific research for students.
However, it can also have a negative impact on student learning.

By providing the impact of technology in schools, we also interweave the

research. The use of case studies is a well-established approach in providing a
summary of the arguments for the impact of technology use on higher education. In
addition, we draw on evidence from analyses of the impact of modern technology
and survey the prevalence and perception of technology's positive or negative
impact on current students' studies. Then investigate how they were used and apply
them in the context of today's education industry. To clarify the impact of technology
in universities, we drew on preliminary results from the 2016 CEE university survey
on “Challenges for Information Technology Management in Universities.”. Income
survey results of 552 universities in different countries worldwide. Research shows
the level of development and spread of information technology in universities
(64.9%). Using studies is a well-established approach to surveys, statistics, and
graphs to accurately synthesize and draw general conclusions objectively and
comprehensively about students' technology use in universities.

Through the analysis of modern educational trends, we must once again

confirm that the role of the application of science and technology in life in general
and in the field of education, in particular, is extremely large. According to the
Horizon Report: 2014 Higher Education Edition, education models are increasingly
migrating toward "online learning, blended and hybrid learning, and collaborative
models," which are innovative collaborative learning procedures to engage students.
Students are no longer constrained by the four walls of their classrooms. The use of
the internet for education is increasingly becoming the standard. Courses of all kinds
are being offered in online contexts, making educational information more dynamic,
accessible, and adaptable. While this promotes teamwork, it also gives students
more freedom to interact with one another when working on evaluations and
assignments.

Moreover, it is also a promise to build an “ open educational program ” in the

future. The open educational program helps people to exchange and seek
knowledge effectively. Modern learning and teaching require to approach a problem
from many different sources of information, from many different perspectives,
through which readers have a universal view, have the opportunity to deepen their
knowledge, find understanding the essential nature and root cause of the problem,
contribute to improving knowledge and changing thinking, this indirectly helps the
study and research work to be more effective. Accompanying open education are
open learning resources, which help learners and teachers connect with knowledge
effectively wherever there and during any period. Open learning resources are an
inevitable development trend of modern education.

The application of information technology in general in the management of

research and technology transfer activities in universities includes basic contents
such as application in the management of registration and granting of codes science
and technology research topics; application in the management of scientific research
activities of scientific research subjects; application in output management of
scientific research products; application in administration and protection of
intellectual property rights. The iGEM competition is an annual synthetic biology
competition open to undergraduate university students as well as high school and
graduate students from all around the world. Throughout the summer,
multidisciplinary teams collaborate to construct genetically modified systems using
BioBricks, which are standard biological components. iGEM teams construct
sophisticated initiatives both within and outside the lab, with the goal of making a
beneficial contribution to their communities and the globe. Thus, universities that do
well in applying technology in managing research activities and transferring science
and technology will contribute to improving the quality of scientific research and
protecting intellectual property rights for students. People doing scientific research,
thereby also enhancing their position, affirming the brand, and building the image of
the educational and training institution.

Technology has become an inseparable aspect of our life. The constraints of

technology, which influence students, are slowing down their progress. Carter,
Greenberg, and Walker (2017) did another study at West Point College in New York,
USA. The goal of the study was to see if technology, specifically Internet-connected
computers, should be included in the standard curriculum for Principles of
Economics classes. The study's participants were sophomores, and the sample was
drawn at random from classes of roughly 15 students each. During the 2014-2015
and 2015-2016 academic years, experiments were conducted. The participants were
divided into three groups: the first group took classes without using any technical
devices; the second group was given free rein over tablets and computers, and the
third group was restricted from using technology. Students in schools where no
Internet-connected devices were allowed scored substantially higher on their
examinations (72.9 percent) than those in courses where laptops and tablets were
allowed, according to an analysis of data from three groups. This paper is significant
because it tries to bring attention to the negative aspects of classroom technology
that have been missed by much research thus far. Inaccurate information or material
that has not been censored might lead to confusion and misuse. And prefer to rely
on online findings, but lose the habit of thinking and deepening thinking before
tackling an issue. As a result, pupils' learning and self-development productivity
would suffer.

This literature review has provided a deeper insight into the positive aspects
of technology for students. Technology creates many applications that make it easier
for students in scientific research papers or collaborative platforms. There is no
denying the positive aspects that technology brings to students. But along with the
rapid development of technology has limited influence on students today.
Technology has a positive or negative impact depending on the user himself.
Technology has a positive or negative impact depending on the user himself.
Therefore, each individual needs to balance the use and application of technology
devices in schools, the management and regulation will help the use of technology to
be promoted optimally and effectively.
