(2) Tenderers are advised to refer to the Critical Criteria, in particular those on
safety performance, under the Evaluation Criteria Section of the Invitation to
Tender, to check their tendering eligibility before preparing their Tender
Proposals.

(3) The site will be opened to Tenderers for site visit on 06 September 2022
from 9:30am to 11am. Tenderers shall make his own transport arrangement
and visit the site on the specified date above.

(4) This tender requires electronicresponse via GeBIZ and only PRICES that
are submitted electronically via GeBIZ will be accepted by JTC. Manual and
Fax Bid Prices will not be accepted.

(5) Tenderers must indicate in the "Remark" in the Supplier Response in

GeBIZ whether their Tender Price is 'PAYABLE TO CONTRACTOR' or
'PAYABLE TO JTC'.

(6) All tender documents and supporting documents are to be submitted

electronically via GeBIZ. Tenderers are required to submit the Summary of
Tender, Breakdown Costs of Tender and Schedule of Rates in pdf and
editable format.
