Course Learning Objective (CO):

CO1: To help the student understand the characteristics of software projects.
CO2: Developing suitable competency for project planning and evaluation.
CO3: To help the students know about various aspects of software quality assurance.
CO4: To help students understand the uses of various tools of project management.

Course Learning Outcome (CLO): On completion of this course, the students will be able to:
CLO1: Understanding of various models and approaches used in Software Project Management.
CLO2: Knowledge of various techniques used for project planning and its monitoring and control.
CLO3: Knowledge of various types of quality assurance tests in software.
CLO4: Working knowledge of various project and risks management
tools.

Class Composition:
The class comprises group of students who have gained knowledge about computer fundamentals like Office
automation tools. They opted this subject which will enhance their knowledge about project management in
every aspect like planning, testing, scheduling, documentation, tools etc as a specialized subject in IT.
