MSS – Mortgage Self Services application is a customer facing web application that allows RBS and NWB
customers to manage their mortgage account online. The application enables customers to view their
mortgage details (Outstanding balance, Term remaining, Payment due date, Last Valuation amount, LTV
etc.) and to place a switch request on eligible mortgage sub-accounts to a better available deal. The
application allows customers to make overpayment on the existing mortgage accounts. The application
additionally allows customers to submit Self Service requests such as change payment date, change
payment account etc.
Responsibilities
 Gathered business requirements from Business partners and subject experts.
 Developed Spring Boot application for switching between available and eligible deals for mortgage
sub accounts.
 Developed Spring Boot application making overpayment on the existing mortgage accounts.

APAC Vendor integration system, in shot “AVIS”, is an APAC-wide solution for countries that handle vendor
PUD; including vendor ODA (Outer Delivery Area) operations. FedEx collaborates with local vendors for last-
mile delivery. The local vendors will be following their own process, workforce and system to execute the
pick-up and drop off. Expectation is to seamless integration of business process & systems of such multiple
partners with FedEx processes and system. FedEx plans to leverage AVIS platform and extend its core
functionalities to Japan. AVIS platform has been conceptualized as a next generation, highly configurable
solution that enables FedEx Japan to engage with various local vendors for drop services.

Electronic discovery (eDiscovery) includes a set of technical processes which allow for the identification,
capture, review, preservation and production of electronic data or documents in litigation and regulatory
matters. The duty to store Electronically Stored Information (ESI) triggers once a party knows (or reasonably
should anticipate) that the ESI may be relevant to pending or future litigation or regulatory requests. With the
nature of our business and the sheer volume of lawsuits against State Farm, there remains a question in
many instances when our duty to preserve begins. The consequences of failing to preserve ESI can be
severe, especially in the context of government investigations and class actions, where criminal charges may
be pursued, or the sanction may be the loss of ability to defend ourselves. Accordingly, State Farm has taken
steps to limit the risk of spoliation, which is the failure to preserve potentially responsive data.
