Activity 2: Reading activity - discuss the online article, read the introduction and ask them to identify the body
parts (heart, stomach, tooth, brain). Ask them how fast food affects these parts of our bodies. Ask them to read
the article on their own, check answers and go over the new vocabulary.

Activity 3: The phrases in the box are examples of portions, match the items on the list to the pictures, check
orally and use the phrases to complete the sentences. TELL THEM THAT THEY MIGHT NEED TO
CHANGE THE SINGULAR OR PLURAL FORMS of the portions.

Activity 4: Pair them up to ask and answer about the health options in activity 3.
