This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is made & entered into on 13th July,
2022 between the Connecting IT, located at Plot No 20 , ConsultIT House, Techzone
7 , Greater Noida West , Near Gaur Chowk Opposite Bloom International School, and
Perfect eLearning 2ndFloor 5E-29,Bungalow Plot,BlockF,New Industrial
Town5,Faridabad, Haryana The MoU is being signed with Perfect eLearning as a
partner for improving employability of meritorious Indian students of technical
education by providing them Industrial exposure.

Where as
ConnectingIT Technologies is an end to end IT training solutions. The data is staggering,
millions of unemployed, skilled graduates, several thousand engineering, and job vacancies
do not match upto the figures, and every year there is a unemployment backlog, people who
did not get a job on the year of passing and now have to compete with the next year flow
of passouts. Not to mention the huge Academic-Corporate exepectation.

Perfect eLearning is an initiative of Perfect Plan B with the sole goal to help students achieve their
career goals with right coaching, training and placement.

Purpose

For improving employability of meritorious Indian students of technical education

by providing them Industrial exposure ConnectingIT and Perfect eLearning have
agreed to enter into an exclusive agreement as per following terms:

1. "Perfect eLearning" will:

a. Provide us student for Internship.

b. Communicate to participating applicant about the role of
"ConnectingIt" and create opportunities for regular interaction.
 2. "ConnectingIT" will

We will provide Internship in offline and online mode.

We will help to improve their placement rates, by enrolling students

with us for their Internship. Our crafted programs, industry connects, patrons and placement
tieups will help.

Industry Veterans, with over 150 hours of combined experience, global implementations, with
many visiting faculties, pro bono consultants from academic professors, IEEE members to
Cxolevel professionals.

State of the Art Infrastructure , 10000 sq ft space, 200+ seats with small form factor compute
devices, virtualized environment, cloud VMs, High speed LAN, On premise Servers with
40 provisioned server setups.
